Privacy notice

How website information is handled

Safehaven Consultancy uses information submitted through the website to review and respond to enquiries, maintain an appropriate business record and protect the security of its services.

Enquiry information collected

Name, organisation, contact details, requested service, timeframe, enquiry content, consent choices and a technical submission reference.

Purpose and lawful basis

Enquiry information is processed to take steps requested before entering a contract and for legitimate interests in responding, managing relationships and maintaining appropriate records. Optional marketing requires separate consent.

Website interest measurement

The website records limited first-party events such as page views, contact-button selections, enquiry-form starts and successful enquiries. These records help Safehaven understand which services and information are useful. The measurement system does not set an analytics cookie and does not deliberately retain an IP address, precise location, advertising identifier or browser fingerprint. It records the page, event, referral origin, campaign labels where supplied and a temporary in-memory visit reference.

Retention and sharing

Information is retained only as long as needed for the enquiry, service improvement, legal obligations and defensible business records. It is not sold. Service providers may process information only where needed to operate the website and systems.

Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. Contact Safehaven Consultancy at enquiries@safehavenconsultancy.uk, telephone 0330 122 1623, or write to 24–32 Princip Street, Birmingham B4 6LE.
